went shopping on sat!
i gt my wish!~ bought a purple blouse at G2000 for only $19! so cheap!
hahaha. I also bought a LEE jeans for like only $60. Also spent a total of another $50 dollars on 2 tops, 1 skirt and a slack. Still have $90 left! from the $200 i can spend on. WooOhooO.
After shopping with my mum, my aunt and my cousin. Dear came to meet us and joined us for pizza at Plaza Singapura! After dinner, we went our separate ways. Went shopping with dear for his outfits. None of the shop at PS has any nice shirts that caught his attention. So we went back to j8 and headed to man studiO! he bought 2 shirts there. I think it looked really nice on him! I bought him one shirt there too! ahahaha. as a belated christmas prezziee. :p
but ar. now i am like really broke! I alsoo have to find a instructor to learn my driving soon! My PDL is like gonna expire in april! I am so darn slow!!!! shhiiitttt.
To learn driving in the schOol is so bloody expensive! Sianz!

Did a lab exp last friday! Isolated my Cheek cell DNA to check for this Alu repeats on chromosome 16! I am homozygous positive for the Alu repeats on my chromosome 16!!! I have 2 chromosome 16 becuz one is from my dad and one is from my mum. Homozygous in this case means having these 2 Alu repeats on both chromosome. Heterozygous on the other hand means that one of the chromosome 16 has this repeats while the other dun.
OMG, i have increased risk of getting cancer!

An Alu sequence is a short stretch of DNA originally characterized by the action of the Alu restriction endonuclease. Alu sequences of different kinds occur in large numbers in primate genomes. In fact, Alu sequences are the most abundant mobile elements in the human genome. Alu insertions have been implicated in several inherited human diseases, including various forms of cancer. T

he Alu family is a family of polymorphisms in the Human genome. Alu sequences are about 300 base pairs long and are therefore classified as short interspersed nuclear elements (SINEs) amongst the class of repetitive DNA elements.

Mark from my class also gt the same result as us. He was so paranoid! hahaha. Kept on saying he is gonna die! haha.. Our whole class jacked him in from of the lecturer laa. Making him more paranoid when we said he smoked which increased the risk of cancer too. hahaha. so funny!

It's already past christmas and new year! been a long time since i blogged! It's a long and busy semester for me. Test, projects and reports are a headache! Alot of things has happened! Both good and bad. Kkk finally gt together with his sweet heart! superman and superwoman! so unbelievable! Also went out recently to celebrate JJ and Jeremy's birthday! Went for dinner at pepper lunch at takashimaya. It was shockingly surprising to see xiaoying woking! It was her first day too! =) after that we went to lucky plaza where we jam and hit on the bishi bashi machine so hard that one of it's buttom came off! haha. Not violence. but it's the lousy machine's fault for been so lousy! We had to stop halfway for the crew to repair the machine so we actually wasted 2 credits! But we gt him to give us back the 2 credits and went to play house of the dead! first time in my life i gt to the final stage with jus one credit and also a pathetic insensitive gun! Still, it was sheer plain luck that i died at the final stage, 2nd boss. =) New year is coming too, i have no time at all to buy new year clothes. =/ There wasn't any kick for me since i have beeen buying new clothes every now and then. yeah. i am also kinda broke. Luckily, my mum agreed to sponsor me $200. =) if i have the time, shall post the pics we took!
