

This few days of working has been helL! With IT show and all, it's always super duper busy. Guest are always picking a late timing for dinner at the restaurant. craziness. This few days have been ending work very late and reaching home bloody late. They always like to stay late but still it's okay, but can't they be more considerate when server inform them that they need to close up the cashier and that they settle the bill asap? Not that i am complaining about every guest, majority do pay up when requested. But some still showed attitude, so inconsiderate.
It's a must for me to rant on this 1 indian couple, who always turn up late at the restaurant. They always pretended to be so high class and arrogant. Hate this kind of guest. It just make ur day worst. Ordered bar drinks and expect the drinks to be put on hold, but hello, the bartender need to close up too for the daily inventory and washing of glasses and the bar. This is not like a night club that is open 24/7. Poor dear who happened to be the bartender. Then when my manager sent them the food, she told them which piece of ribs is which flavour very clearly already, they still get her to repeat 3 more times on purpose. nvm. WORST, when I send them the bill for my colleague to settle up, i told them very politely that we needed to close the cashier for the day, then they asked me why? IN MY MIND I WAS THINKING ARE U IDIOTS? You can cont to eat ur dinner joyfully but ppl stilll need to go home and rest right? Please lor, we worked more than 9 to 10 fucking hours a day leh. Then again politely i told them the servers need to close up and leave to catch buses home since it's already 11 plus. Then the man's reply was my hands are still dirty and I need to go wash first, how can i pay you? So okay, his hands were dirty so i provide and opened up the moist towels for him to wipe his hands. BUT his reply was " ARE U JOKING!? I wan to finish up my food first." So I was freaking pissed off with him, I jus kinda threw it on his table and smiled and said alright then u finish ur food and settle the bill later.
SO INCONSIDERATE. HOPE NEXT TIME THEIR CHILDREN WORK IN THIS SERVICE LINE AND MAKE SURE HE/SHE GET THE HELL OF THEIR TIME FROM PPL LIKE THEIR PARENTS AND LET THEM KNOW A TASTE OF THEIR PARENTS MEDICINE OF TREATING PPL LIKE THIS.
If you are telling me about how customers are always right, then they can just forget about this stupid rule when dealing with such lousy LOW CLASS WHO ACT HIGH CLASS IDIOTS.
SO PLEASE PPL. IF U ARE HUNGRY AND WAN TO EAT A LATE DINNER. PLEASE VISIT 24/7 KOPITIAMS. IF NOT PLEASE SETTLE BILL EARLY AND DUN GIVE PPL A HARD TIME. IF U DUN UNDERSTAND, FIND A F&B JOB AND YOU WILL 100% KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABT.
