Been pretty busy lately, having to work in the afternoon and school at night. Plus 2 reports this week! Man. It's tiring. Tues and Wed was busy teaching 2 trainees doing salad bar. First trainee makes my blood vessels burst man. Told him alot of time the white sauce located in the bucket is sour cream. After testing him so many times, he still can tell me it's mayonnaise and tartar sauce lor! Going crazyy lor.
Anyway, Was working by myself today, no trainees so was in charge of serving ppl. It was totally hectic, there wasn't enough ppl to work. There was convention upstairs and lots of ppl coming in to eat. Was running around but luckily every guest was kind and wonderful. It's quite happening today for me too. One lady suddenly asked me if i was full or part time? Student? and then asked me what I was studying and I told her. Her reply was huh and it sounded disappointing. She said it is like totally wasted for me to be stuck in the lab lor and that I am a very outgoing, sweet and pleasant looking girl and will do well outside rather than be stucked in the lab. LOL. I was like Thanks for your comment but it's my interest la if want to run around at most do sales in science lor. Then she was like YEAH! you can go do sales and marketing, suitable for you. LOL. After that she left. Then another table with 2 guys, I offered to clear their plate for them and suddenly the other guy asked the same question as the lady. And his eyes brighten when I mentioned I study science. LOL. His other friend then gave me his name card and told me if I interested to work can give him a call. Then the guy asked me for my contact number because he needs people to help him analyse his bio product and it's part time. So should be quite suitable. So we shall see how it all goes. =)
Then Till late afternoon, mediacorp ppl came down to our restaurant to use our premise for filming. Actress was Ann Kok and she is so kind and polite. Not like other artistes who shows and act like they are royalties and some come in to eat also think they should be entitled to discounts just because they are artistes. Then all their waiter and waitress calefare are like from china. They wear another uniform of theirs and if regular guest from there ever see that show they are filming. I guess they would be wondering since when staffs from tony roma wear like that? Is that their uniform? LOL. Before they left, the director was so kind and like bowed and thank us. Ann Kok before she left also came over to thank me. lol.
After work is SCHOOL SCHOOL SCHOOL!
We had a practical session today. We had to measure our heart rate, blood pressure and venous pressure. haha.

I swore after the lab session today, my left arm are filled with like bruises from measuring blood pressure. But it's FUN! =)
